This Bulimba house weaves the rich character of a Hampton’s style property. Our client purchased this property seeking to create a family friendly home space that reflects the unique and individual personalities of the whole family. New additions to the original house were woven into the existing fabric and designed in such a way that they would be complementary to the original design, as if they had always been there.

The new configuration includes a renovated attic space, cabinetry, a new fireplace installed in the master suite, wallpaper in the children’s bedrooms and guest bedroom, and a wine cellar with stunning western red cedar racking.

The attic was reconfigured to create a magical, light filled space for the little ones to be creative and play. A polished designer finish was achieved with beautiful artworks, exotic patterns and rich textures carefully selected by interior designer, Lisa Smith of Lisang Designs.
