Located on a busy street in close proximity to a kindergarten and high school, the addition of a new double carport provided improved functionality for this family home. The site was excavated to provide seamless access from the street into the carport. The carport was retained to integrate with the existing yard and provide easy access to the house. A new rendered fence was added at street level enclosing the yard and creating an inner city oasis from the bustling street activity.
